"Hop in, I'll drive!"
I'm not a feminist but I don't like stereotypes of any kind, so stereotypes towards women are also not welcome in my world. Stereotypes about women and cars are so well known - women are bad drivers, women bring bad luck if on board are just some of them. Stereotypes are standardized and simplified conceptions of groups based on some prior assumptions. Primitive thinkers don't even think twice about that kind of prejudice but if you strive to be righteous you will stop and think that those kind of assumptions are not grounded in reality, although they are deeply embedded in our culture.
Fashion wise, famous fashion icon Miuccia Prada (of Prada),
says she is not happy as a designer unless she's exploring
contradictions or taking down different stereotypical concepts. Through
fashion Prada is approaching many taboos and she uses them as her
inspiration for making beautiful collections. This season "her
hot clash of intellectual impulses roared up the runway as a collection
about cars and women, which, of course, is stereotypical..."
Prada
Spring/Summer 2012 Campaign is inspired by the American woman in the
50's. The central symbol of the add campaign is an old school gas
station where beautiful women are sitting around beautiful oldfashioned
cars. There are many FUN acessories from this spring line such as purses
with Cadillacs printed on them, stilettos with tail lights (which are
amazing) etc. ... Take a peek!
CROATIAN:
Voyage Voyage
Who
doesn't like to travel? Not many of us can afford visiting different
destinations on a regular basis, but we all would love to do so. Why is
traveling so special? Probably beacuse it's a leap forward from your
everyday life, it's interesting and exciting, you end up getting to know
different cultures and learn new things in general, you get to
experience life to the fullest, you become more in touch with the world
and people around you and you get a special kind of inspiration for yourself by doing all those things.
The
atmosphere of the next fashion editorial named "Left Hand Drive" is
quite cinematic, dark and mystified; it doesn't represent a tipical
travel experience I mentioned earlier, but just the poetic daydream of
going somewhere ... in an oldfashioned way.

I can't think of a better music inspiration for this post than Lana Del Rey ...
Simply red
WHAT IS RED?
Red is a sunset
Blazing and bright.
Red is feeling brave
With all your might.
Red is a sunburn
A spot on your nose.
Sometimes red, is a red red rose.
Red squiggles out when you cut your hand.
Red is a brick
And the sounds of a band.
Red is hotness
You get inside
When you’re embarrassed
And want to hide.
Fire-cracker, fire-engine
Fire-flicker red –
And when you’re angry
Red runs through your head.
Red is an Indian
A Valentine heart,
The trimmings on
A circus cart.
Red is a lipstick
Red is a shout
Red is a signal
That says, “Watch out!”
Red is a great big
Rubber ball.
Red is the giant-est
Colour of all.
Red is a show-off,
No doubt about it –
But can you imagine
Living without it?
Blazing and bright.
Red is feeling brave
With all your might.
Red is a sunburn
A spot on your nose.
Sometimes red, is a red red rose.
Red squiggles out when you cut your hand.
Red is a brick
And the sounds of a band.
Red is hotness

When you’re embarrassed
And want to hide.

This time my Valentine's music inspiration is English singer-songwriter Rebecca Ferguson
She became notable as the runner-up of the seventh series of famous British reality show The X Factor.
Her first single "Nothing's Real But Love" was released in November 2011 on the debut album named "Heaven". Rebecca's latest music video for the song "Too good to lose" is all about red - watch the following video below plus take a listen to the remix by brilliant UK music producer Seamus Haji!
